60 days from the date you paid. Bottles come back full, part-used or empty — it makes no difference to us. Start it with one email to [email protected].
The guarantee
Every Mind Honey order placed through the official checkout is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. The window opens on your purchase date, not your delivery date, so check your order confirmation email if you need the exact day. Inside it, dissatisfaction of any kind entitles you to a refund of the purchase price.
Something worth saying out loud
Cognitive support is normally judged over 8 to 12 weeks, and the 60-day window closes before that. We would rather point that out than have you discover it. If being able to decide with product still in the bottle matters to you, the 3-pack is the package that reaches the decision point comfortably inside the window.
The four steps
- Email us at [email protected] inside the 60 days, with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Wait for the return authorisation and the correct return address. Please do not post anything before you have it — parcels arriving unannounced are genuinely hard to match to an order.
- Post the bottles back, empties included. A tracked service, and keep the receipt until the money lands.
- Receive the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of the return arriving.

How long the money takes
We issue within 5 business days of receiving the return. After that it is your bank's schedule — typically 3 to 10 business days, occasionally longer on an international card. If a fortnight passes with nothing, tell us and we will send the transaction reference for you to give them.
Damaged, wrong or missing
Damaged or incorrect on arrival: email a photograph within 7 days. We replace or refund in full, shipping included, with nothing for you to send back.
Tracking says delivered, nothing arrived: check with neighbours and your local depot first, which resolves it more often than not. If not, contact us and a carrier investigation gets opened.
Where the guarantee does not reach
- Requests made more than 60 days after the purchase date.
- Bottles bought from a marketplace listing or reseller rather than the official checkout; those fall under that seller's own policy.
- Returns posted without a return authorisation, which we may be unable to identify or credit.
Cancelling before dispatch
Email as quickly as you can. Orders join the fulfilment queue within hours, but if yours has not shipped we cancel it and refund everything, shipping included.
